Dear Patients,

As you know, nothing in life is constant – but change…..

It is with mixed emotions that I write you today. As many of you know, I have been in practice for 3 years here in the West Allis area and it has been my privilege and honor in serving you and taking care of your chiropractic health care needs. I truly consider you part of my extended family and this is a good thing. Family has always been important to me.

Now comes the difficult part of this letter. Due to a situation involving my immediate family, I find myself compelled to move back to Canada. With this in mind, my last day of practice will be October 31st, 2016.

After careful consideration, a lot of sleepless nights and an exhaustive search, I believe I have found the perfect chiropractor that will continue taking great care of your chiropractic needs!

Dr. Matthew Johns, a chiropractor with the Chiropractic Company, will be here providing chiropractic services to my former patients and I’m sure as you continue your care, you just might see him in and around the office with me getting to know you as I review your case with him.

Dr Johns has been in successful practice for 27 years here in the Southeast Wisconsin area and graduated from the same school as I did so our approach to providing care is very similar.

In addition to graduating from Palmer College of Chiropractic, he has continued post-graduate work in spinal impairment/ disability evaluation, carpal tunnel, whiplash treatments and is additionally certified as a chiropractic sports practitioner and certified medical examiner. So you see, I feel confident I am leaving you in good hands!

I’ll be here in the coming weeks to answer questions and Janelle is staying on to make this change in the practice as easy as possible.

Sincerely,

Dr. Linsay Way, D.C.
