  • Associate Chiropractor

    As one of our doctors, you will get the support you need to focus on doing what you do best: looking after your patients. We provide assistance, proven results, and support in these critical areas: Marketing, Billing and Collections, Recruiting, Appointment Scheduling, Training and Professional Development.

    Job Requirements:

    • Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories; questioning, observing, and examining patients; and reviewing x-rays, as indicated.
    • Take or arrange for diagnostic x-rays to be taken and anlayze them, when medically necessary.
    • Evaluate patients' neuromusculoskeletal systems and the spine using chiropractic diagnosis to determine neuromusculoskeletal and spine related conditions.
    • Perform manual adjustments to the spine, or other articulations of the body, in order to correct the musculoskeletal system, where necessary.
    • Educate patients on the quality of life benefits of routine chiropractic care and our other wellness services. Provide a recommended course of treatment.
    • Record and maintain accurate and timely patient information.
    • Building positive doctor-patient relationships.
  • A chiropractic assistant works under the direction of a chiropractor to provide administrative support and help with clinical tasks to ensure the practice runs smoothly.

    Job Requirements:

    • You will be busy moving throughout the office, assisting the doctor, and helping patients. There is not a lot of time sitting at the front desk.
    • Welcome patients and serve as the first impression
    • Assist doctor with therapeutic modalities & documentation of treatment
    • Compile patient documentation for medical record requests
    • Schedule appointments
    • Assist patients with intake & inquiries
    • Collect patient portions
    • Other duties as they arise
  • Clinic Director

    Manage a Chiropractic Company location and stay focused on patient care. We provide assistance, proven results, and support to you in these critical areas: Marketing, Billing and Collections, Recruiting, Appointment Scheduling, Training and Professional Development.

    Job Requirements:

    In addition the the responsibilites of an Associate Chiropractor, you will oversee your clinic, its people and profitibility.

    • Work with the COO to set goals and lead doctors and staff to excute office growth plan
    • Ensure that all policies, procedures, and systems are properly followed
    • Ensure a smooth and efficient patient flow.
    • Create an environment where patients feel completely cared for and where doctors and staff can work together as a team.
    • Coordinate all administrative activities, as needed.
    • Educate patients about chiropractic, and our other wellness services whenever possible and appropriate, and ensure that doctors and staff do so as well.
    • Ensure that office is clean, HIPAA compliant, displays appropriate postings, and PHI is secure.
  • Physical Therapist / Assistant

    We are searching for an outpatient orthopedic Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant to work in a multi-discipline setting. Great opportunity to provide physical therapy in a successful local practice led by local ownership. Position is part time with potential to expand.

    Job Requirements:

    • Strong therapeutic exercise knowledge with emphasis on strength, flexibility, stabilization, and balance.
    • Must be able to work in a highly collaborative environment where sharing of knowledge and perspective is celebrated.
    • Evaluate new patients for physical therapy and follow through with treatment and re-evaluation.
    • Physical Therapist Assistant must follow plan of care established by Physical Therapist and communicate with them when changes may be appropriate.
    • Educate patients on their condition, goals of therapy and treatment plan.
    • Create patient treatment documentation in a timely manner.
    • Physical Therapy or Physical Therapy Associate license in state of Wisconsin.
