The Massage Session

Your session will start with our therapist asking about your symptoms, medical history, problem areas and what you're hoping to get out of massage.

 

You will undress to the point that you're comfortable, lie on a table and be covered with a sheet. Your therapist touch to locate painful or tense areas and determine how much pressure to apply. They will then use one or more techniques during your session. Afterwards, you should feel calm and relaxed.
