Hello! I am Elizabeth Ortega, chiropractor in West Allis WI. My passion for chiropractic comes from not only seeing the incredible difference it has made in my patients' lives, but also in my own. Being active and playing volleyball, basketball, and soccer all of my life, I sought out chiropractic care after injuring myself in high school. My first adjustment was enough to convince me that I had found the path for the rest of my life.
In addition to my love of chiropractic, I have a passion for service. After graduating from UW-La Crosse, I spent the summer in Quito, Ecuador volunteering at a child care center. There I developed my love for young families and the Latino community. The trip opened my eyes to the importance of early intervention and education for children and their families. My goal is to provide the proper guidance to improve not only the health of individual patients, but families as a whole from the very beginning. Being bilingual, I am able to provide a more comfortable environment for patients whose first language is Spanish.
Chiropractic gives patients the opportunity to take charge of their health in a unique way that many other medical options can miss. We seek to support the body to allow for natural healing, rather than simply masking symptoms. I look to guide and support patients in all phases of their lives, from first steps and developmental milestones to stress management and improving quality of life. In addition to helping with neck and back pain, I love to help patients reach their health and lifestyle goals.
Outside of the office, you can find me either on the soccer field or in the yoga studio. I love spending time outdoors with my husband and our dogs and being near the water. When the Wisconsin weather keeps us indoors, I spend my time watching movies, either at home or in theaters.
